My power is out. What do I do?

Call 205.468.3325 (24 hours a day) to report directly to our off-hours operating system. You will be asked to enter your Tombigbee account number, so please have this information handy before you call.

If bad weather has been on-going, chances are that Tombigbee staff will be available to personally answer your calls.

Please remember that we always work diligently to keep your lights on, even during outages, and we will get to you as quickly as we can.
