We are very happy to launch this brand new feature of our Tombigbee.Net
Website, Online Payments. This feature will enable you, the consumer,
to have the optimum convenience of paying for your power bills (or
other bills) over your computer.
To access this site you will need your
account number and a password. The
account number is your utility bill account number. Your
password is printed on the bill you receive this month. If you have
not received your bill yet you may call the office or send or send
an e-mail requesting your password. When you call or e-mail you
must provide your account number. This will be needed for proper
identification. Upon confirmation of your identity you will be given
a temporary password. This password will have to be changed the
first time you access the system. This is done to provide as much
security as possible.
- Call the office - 205.468.3325 and request your password
OR
- Send an Email requesting your password to info@tombigbee.net
- Have your Tombigbee Account Number ready when calling
OR
- Be sure to provide your account number if Emailing.
- You will be given a temporary password which you can change
when first accessing the system - for your security.
- Have questions? Call us! We're here for YOUR convenience!
You will be accessing your information over a secure server
and we have made every effort to make sure that your personal information
is safeguarded.
The Online Payment service will be available 23 hours a day seven
days a week with the exception of 11:00pm until 12:00 midnight
each day. At this time the system will be unavailable due to system
maintenance.
