Protection is provided with a surge suppression device installed between
your meter and the entrance to your home's electrical box.
Protection Throughout Your Home
The home package consists of the basic package plus five suppressors
to use inside the home including a eight-outlet plug strip AC suppressor,
a three-outlet wall mount, a single-outlet wall mount, a coaxial cable
module and a telephone line module. This package may be leased for
$4.00 per month.
For maximum protection, all power, cable and telephone grounds must
be bonded to the same grounding electrode system entering a building.
This prevents potential ground voltage differences that may be seen
across data, power and telephone lines connected to sensitive electronics.

- Your AC power, telephone, and CATV grounding system must be
checked by one of Tombigbee's service personnel.
- Install primary service entrance (at the meter) surge protecion.
- Install secondary (point of use) surge suppression.
